Elena Christofidou
Elena Christofidou is a distinguished architect and urban planner with over four decades of experience shaping the built environment. A graduate of the esteemed National Technical University of Athens, she laid the foundation for her career with a deep understanding of architecture and urban development.
Her early work saw her contributing to significant projects across Cyprus and Athens, earning recognition for her expertise and dedication. This commitment led to a full scholarship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she expanded her knowledge and obtained a master’s degree in Town Planning.
Throughout her extensive career, Elena became a leading authority in town planning legislation and regulatory frameworks. Her meticulous approach and profound expertise played a crucial role in the town planning department for over 40 years, where she ultimately rose to the position of Director. In this role, she not only led major urban projects but also mentored fellow professionals, shaping the future of town planning.
Now, after retiring from her directorial position, Elena continues to contribute her expertise as a trusted consultant. She offers invaluable insights into town planning procedures, building regulations, and urban development strategies, helping clients navigate complex planning challenges with confidence.
